  One of the rudest incompetent cust service at a bank I've ever been to. Teller doesn't know bank rules & Fat black lady can't even understand a simple document for notary and gives false information just to get out of doing her job.

  Tried to cash a substantial check and was not able to cash. I had 10 times the amount, deposited in the bank! Went to another bank and opened an account with the check PNC would not cash. The bank manager was involved. Other services were fine.

  If 0 stars was an option it would be my review, this bank will steal from you and do whatever they can to cover it up. The support line is horrible like the people answering the phone.

  Horrible customer service. Reps pick up the phone and don’t want to check the account even, don’t assist. Keep transferring and nobody responds.

  Average bank, crappy hours. Service has never been terrible but rarely exceptional. Fortunately never too busy except close to closing times on Fridays.

  If I could give it minus 100 Stars I would. It's so difficult to cash a check this place is not even funny. Horrible service, horrible Bank. Don't even think about wasting your time coming here.

  Terrible Branch. Avoid at all costs. The manager loudly complained about assisting me since I was there too close to closing.
