  I don’t know why so many bad reviews honestly, I walked in on a Saturday with no appointment and was immediately greeted. I sat down and they wait was probably less than 3 minutes, I had an issue with not receiving my card and the banker immediately requested a new one and waived the overnight fees while also providing a very friendly and professional service experience. I would recommend using this branch.

  I’ve only had one thing ever happen here but was cleared up very quickly. The branch can sometimes be a busy branch and has no sign in sheet. So a little disorganized but over all a good experience with the tellers.

  Citi Bank has become the most unethical Bank imageable! They have absolutely no problem giving you practically unlimited cash advances on checking plus at 20% interest but you are not credit worthy for home equity line of credit at 4% interest! They shut down most of their branches so we are at the mercy of on line banking and ATMs. That's why when you do go to a branch it is not adequate for the amount of customers who have issues to correct. Their telephone customer service is outsourced abroad so any problems you need to rectify goes right over their head especially if it not on their script. My problem with staff at this branch is that they assist in the perpetuation of this unacceptable unethical attitude of the banks administration.

  This is the WORST Citibank branch I have encountered in nearly 40 years as a customer. The branch manager, Mr. Brown and the 3 customer service reps are either rude or totally inept. I will be changing banks

  Tried calling for weeks to make an appointment and no one answers the phone when you arrive in person they tell you they can't see you because they have no appointments.... But they don't answer their phone so you can make an appointment

  Been with them since our move down here 6 years ago. They've always been friendly, helpful & as efficient as possible. Yes there is a wait sometimes but you will have that anywhere you go. Any issues we've had with our account the take care of it right away. We typically use this branch as we live close to it but after covid they have been closed... hope they open soon!

  Hmm... I don't understand what all the bad reviews are about but I've been coming here for maybe over a year and have never had any problems. Everybody is always extremely friendly and there to serve you. They've shown me they care and go beyond in trying to help. Joni R. is always great, professional and willing to help and if you have any questions but don't feel like waiting then simply call ahead of time and book an appointment. Also, great manager there is Susan Raeisi.

  My elderly mother was being scammed by a guy who convinced her he was with the Palm Beach sheriff's office. He had a good story and got her to go to the bank. One of the employees could see how stressed my mother was, and maybe she overheard what my mother was saying, but she got a more senior woman to take charge. The second woman took my mother into a private office, called the sheriff, and established what people of my generation would have known--my mother was being scammed! This woman was able to assure my mother that the caller was not from the sheriff's office and got her to hang up. These actions saved our family from losing $25K. I'm 1,000 miles away, so I don't know the name of these individuals, but I wanted this branch to be recognized for having employees who were willing to go out of their way to help a vulnerable older woman, while employing the tact and understanding she deserved.

  Always understaffed, poorly managed branch. Sandy is always nice and it's not her fault that waiting times exceed 20 minutes for a simple cash deposit. Drive thru window never worked ,they're blocking it with their cars ,making sure no one is brave enough to bank through the window. ATM's malfunctioned several times, so i've stopped using them. Clearly the management doesn't care about these issues, i'm not sure why is this location still open.

  Stay away from Citibank in general. Not a good company to do business with. There are many other way better banks. Many of the employees have the "Citibank Attitude" Not Good!!!! There's a reason for the 2 star rating here, should be no Stars. How would I describe Citibank, A bureaucracy layered with red tape that goes on and on for miles.
