  First time at this branch this morning. Went in to make a simple payment. Two tellers available, one male one female. I was abruptly told by the mail to go to the female who is sitting down, did not look up, did not say welcome to Truist, did not ask, can I help you? Never smiled, never acknowledged me being there, didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Asked for personal information that I’ve never had to give before just to make a payment. When I questioned the results on the receipt she said that’s the way it is! This person should be fired. Her people skills are horrible. She has an attitude that is disgusting for public domain. I will never go to this branch again.

  I went to visit my elderly mom in Boynton Beach Florida. We both visited the SunTrust location at 9869 S Military trail to conduct some very important business on Thursday 2/5/20. My mom could not locate the key for her safety deposit box. The manager Lynne Moss told us that we could return on Monday 2/10/20 and the box would be drilled open. That was fine with me seeing I had to return to NY on 2/12/20. We went back on the Monday and was told by the bank manager ms Moss that she attempted to contact us on Thursday to let us know the locksmith could not come that whole week. No call was made to us on Monday morning either so we would not make the trip all the way out there. In fact she told me that I would have to make another trip out to Florida or have my sister fedex the spare key (which would not have gotten to me in time)....Wait more than a whole week to see important documents in a person’s safe deposit box??? That is not good customer service.I am back in NY now and up till now no follow up call has been made to me by ms Moss to update me on this matter.Unheard of and very unprofessional!!! Worst bank ever!!!! Grace Davis
