chad rydzinski1Should have known this bank branch was a problem on my very first transaction, when they deposited my cash into the wrong checking account. Absolutely incompetent staff. how do you even do that, deposit my money, not only in the wrong account, but it was in an employee account... hmmm... how does that happen? A loan officer said that we should apply for a open business line of credit, and we were a sure thing... we applied, and not only were we denied, but they also cut our limit on the credit card we used for business from $15,000 to $5000... thanks for that, and your suggestion that would have put money in your pocket, actually caused us a hardship and cost us in more ways than one. Also, very slow response time on email replies.... Thanks 5th 3rd Had a banking issue we needed help with, and spoke with an agent about it, and it was time critical, and the agent said "Ill get this taken care of, no worries"... it didnt get taken care of in time, and cost us well over $1400 dollars. "I got busy and ran out of time and didnt do it"... thanks 5th 3rd Spoke with the manager? and he said he would deal with the "agent" issue and get it resolved for us... said he called and spoke with appeals about the issue, and there was nothing they would/could do. We called company headquarters, and they showed he called, and inquired about the issue, but never asked to appeal it, as we needed. We spoke with him about it again and he said "i'm on it, and will call you in a couple days"... well, its been what, over 2 weeks now, and still have not received a callback, and now he is on vacation for a week, so i guess that means we will be on week four by the time we speak with him again. Once again, we are still out our $1400+ thanks to complete incompetency.. Thanks 5th third... oh, we also had fees tacked on for this situation, which once again, he said he would take care of... the fees are still there, and our $1400+ is still MIA... thanks yet again 5th 3rd On top of the inadequacy of the quality of service from this branch here, don't even bother contacting customer service... what a complete nightmare. After being transferred 5 times, we finally got to speak with someone "maybe" in the right department, from who knows what 3rd world country, and after over 1 hour on the phone, maybe our issue was resolved and maybe not.... TBD Thanks? 5th 3rd Bank Elsewhere.... anywhere else... This place is unprofessional, and i dont believe they care about their customers, and it not worthy of business banking. anywhere else... seriously, anywhere else. As soon as this issue is resolved, if it is ever resolved, you can count on us taking our banking elsewhere, permanently. And thanks again 5th 3rd for being so thoughtful to answer my review saying you "were concerned about my review" i have left... so you leave me a phone number to call, only where i end up on hold waiting for a "customer service agent"... if you thought this was concerning, it doesnt take much for you to figure out who i am, and how to reach me... rather than give me a phone number where i am put on hold... thanks, but why should i wait for someone to answer the phone, and be placed in a queue among other people waiting to speak to an agent. If you want to speak with me, Im sure the local branch has my name and phone number (not like they ever used it as requested)
