Jason Struve1If I could give zero stars I would. I operate a business and have used multiple 5/3rd branches. This branch goes out of its way to make running your business more difficult. They all need a lesson in customer service, each and every member of this branch makes you feel like an inconvenience and they are going out of there way to help you. I assume this comes from the branch manager, when you walk into this location everyone that works there looks like they hate there job and their service reflects that. When you look at the Google reviews and you have 2 stars that is a sign there are issues and senior leadership should step in and make a change, I will be taking my business banking to your friendlier competitor.

christina chandler1If I could rate ZERO STARS, I would!!! These people who work there are rude and act like they don’t want to be there. I’ve had issues with them shorting me money and when I call back, NO ONE answers the phone. I’ve called 4 times and still nothing. Definitely do not recommend banking at this location

Austin Camp2IGNORANCE IS NOT MY BLISS!!! Posting for a visit after I stopped by Sonic across the street... I don't know when it became socially acceptable to become rude and catch an attitude as a banker let alone the one trying to open my account... I walked out wayyy before they even got me in the death trap of that judgmental accountant... Quite frankly, I don't like to have people point out how young I appear rather than inquire and gain the knowledge from my I.D. itself.

Shoni Smith1I had a very negative experience with Stacy McCarthy today. We had a payroll issue with a previous employee who did not receive her DD payroll. While I do understand that this is a hardship, it is always best for all involved to work together to problem solve. Stacy was very unprofessional. She consistently made accusations that the company I work for did not pay the employee despite the fact that we have proof from ADP that she was paid and there was no return of funds. It's unfortunate, but payroll issues happen. Businesses need to be able to communicate with banks to problem solve without bank staff firing up the situation. I hope Fifth Third does not tolerate this level of professionalism.

Melissa Zombie1I went to this branch at 5:15 today and it had a temporarily closed sign up. Tellers inside the branch ignored and.offered no explanation. I then called the branch and I watched them ignore the phone as well. I then called customer service to understand why the branch was closed early. I expected there was a computer problem or something. The gentleman I spoke to was of no help. I asked for the number of the branch manager and name. He said he could not give the name???? And he proceded to give me the number of the incorrect branch after I had stated twice which branch I was referring to. I am aware it is Friday and a nice day but there is no excuse for the terrible conduct by the branch and incompitant help of the cs agent. I am seriously considering moving my many accounts to another bank!

christina delvescovo1Well, the fact that the finance guy carries on a 35+ minute conversation with another customer about college and life while there is a line in the bank is just absolutely absurd. You employees need to take your job a little more seriously and realize when there is a rush, you don't chit chat with one customer about nonsense until the bank closes. Arrived at 11:15am, it's now 12.

David Zandstra1The bank as a whole unprofessional as a valued customer term valued customer they would do whatever it took TO keep my account active even to the point of using one of them to just use there address to keep it active remember valued customer so they trumped op a hostile charge and because of another issues like how the customer service hotline also provoking so they get you TO cuss at them I mean IF your going to provoke you better expect a outcome negative TO you fifth third and you shouldn't have closed my account period and this edit update when they closed my account they withdrew my money right somehow mysteriously I owe 2 dollars THEN later checked MY e-mail a 500002 dollars IN the negative remember my account was closed already
