  Please ensure to check thourougly if house is build safely and during homefitting appointment you ask for evsrything. After closing, when you ask them this things are not done, buildet will be make excuse that it was in upgrade and so we do not cover warranty. When i did my home fitting, so many items they didn't discuss and presume because they wanted to get deposite quickly. I had my basement where the electrician left all cable wires hanging. They are really mess and my kids can pull them. When i took ticket for fieldstone to come and fix they said it is low voltage nothing will happen. As respect, you would not expect this when buying new expensive house. My trust seems being broken. Nobody have contacted me (neither sales nor warranty). Everybody is just trying to ignore this safety concerns and buyi g more time so that they donot have to resolve after one year warranty period. This is really not good for such a reputed company like like fieldstone.

  I will never build a home fieldstone again. The worst construction management team. Prior to moving in I clearly highlighted all the areas that needed to be corrected. The day I moved in only a fraction of those areas were addressed. To make matters worse I pointed out the areas that needed to be touched up again and the fieldstone construction rep yelled at me saying “we’ve worked really hard to make you happy we will not do anymore touch ups” . Because of the poor quality of work my garage flooded, my water heater stopped working (family was without hot water for a week) , my shower was leaking, half of my cabinets had to be replaced, my floors shake and squeak, had stains on carpe and new flooring. I had over 14 warranty requests and I’m still finding more issues. The worst part is that I clearly pointed out most of these issues before moving in yet fieldstone did nothing to make our home buying experience great. We will be buying another but not from fieldstone

  Great little place with lots of room top grow. My kids had a blast and i walked around the big field arena got my steps in.

  Don't buy! You don't get the property your house is built on, so someday they could kick you off read the fine print!

  They have really nice model homes. I don't know their quality yet

  Looks small from the stree but is actually over 4000 square feet

  Very nice set of houses and has a recreational park for children
