  We have been members at Goldenwest Credit Union since 2011, and we have had nothing but phenomenal customer service over the last 11 years! We really do feel like they care about us personally at our local branch and they always go above and beyond to help our family with any financial needs that arise. They work hard to make our lives easier and they have definitely earned our business as GWCU members for life!

  I belong to both Goldenwest Credit Union, as well as America First Credit Union. I can honestly say that Goldenwest beats AFCU every time. Better rates, better service and no huge lines. Do yourself a favor and try Goldenwest CU. Thank you, Sisilee, for your help with my car loan! You’re the best!

  I cannot give enough praise to the loan specialists at this branch and location. I went in for a refinance on my car and it was completed within 48 hours. I then needed a HELOC for basement refinish and the loan representative literally got an approval and appraisal scheduled within 5 days. The process has been so smooth and seamless. I can't believe the drastic difference in regards to the service I've received with them vs other credit unions in the area. They are fantastic! Thank you so so much for the great service. You've gained a customer for life.

  Great service! The staff helped me out prior to closing the branch for the day and assigned extra help to expedite the process. Excellent APR on my car loan. I’ll likely be refinancing my mortgage with GWCU as well. Thank you!

  So hard to get a loan being self employed. Plus my loan was a bit difficult. 2 different loan officers to fund my loan and both were amazing. They got it all funded in a few hours. I use to work for a credit union and Goldenwest is top notch.

  We keep all of our loans with Golden West. From home to toys, it’s all with them. Jacob Atkinson processed a loan for us today and we couldn’t be happier. He goes out of his way on weekends and after hours to help us out, even hand delivering documents to other financial institutions on our behalf. GO WITH GW!!
