  Andrew and 3 Keys Lending was able to get us the best rate for our refinance. Andrew was great and easy to work with. He was patient, responsive, and answered all our questions. Andrew was helpful in catering to our needs and goals. He was there every step of the process to ensure everything went smooth. Overall great experience and would use Andrew and 3 Keys Lending again in the future.

  I started out by shopping around. I asked a lot of questions regarding closing costs, rates, extra fees, etc. Every time I thought I had a good deal with other companies, there were hidden fees or the rate wasn't what I wanted. When I found 3 Keys Lending I knew exactly what I was getting into. Andrew told me the break down of costs and the interest rate was by far the lowest compared to everyone else around. I worked with Andrew the whole way through and he worked day and night to make sure I had everything I needed. There were no surprises with costs or the interest rate. I was in an interesting situation where I had to be out of my place within a few weeks. Andrew put everything in place to close quickly and we closed a week ahead of schedule. It saved me a ton of money because I was renting and would've ended up paying an extra month of rent. I'd recommend this company, but more than anything I'd recommend working with Andrew. He's an awesome guy and goes the extra mile for anyone that he's helping!

  I was purchaing a house and Andrew was my loan person. The propertyI purchased is in a different state than where I was living. Andrew kept me informed every step of the way and even put in some very late nights. He is knowledgeable and conscientious in every thing he does. We ran into issues and he was on top of it, making sure everything was straightened out and I was protected. I felt secure in his knowledge and willingness to help at any time. Questions were replied to in hours, sometimes minutes! I am so grateful to Andrew for all his help and persistence. I would definately seek out 3 Keys Lending and Andrew for future endevors. Highly recommended.

  Todd and Shelby were awesome! We tried several larger companies in the past for our last home purchase and they seemed to always be dropping the ball, always getting the run around as to whether or not we'd be able to qualify and never available when we needed them 🤦🏻‍♂️ Todd and Shelby were always on top of it and made sure our loan went through seemlessly. Answered any and all questions we had, constantly reassured us that everything was fine (We were complete basket cases from having such bad experiences with the last guys😅)... So fortunate Todd and Shelby were recommended to us! We won't use anyone else for when we decide to make our next purchase🙌🏼

  I loved working with Todd and 3 Keys Lending. Todd was, as always, very patient, professional and dedicated a lot of his time and efforts to make sure my needs were covered and that everything was ready for the closing. Although he was out of the country, Todd took special care of me while my loan was closing. Several nights, he contacted me to talk or chat about my loan when here in Utah was very late at night and in South America was already very early in the morning of the following day. This is an AMAZING sacrifice and attention to detail in behalf of his clients. Thanks Todd... You are AWESOME!!!

  This place is the best! I just purchased a house and we closed on May 5th, I am convinced that if it wasn’t for 3-Keys staying on top of everything throughout the entire process, we would have missed this closing date. Todd, Tauni & Ariana are a 5-Star team, and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have been able to work with these people. Buying and Selling a house can be a stressful time in life, but it was certainly a lot less stressful knowing that they were taking care of it. They were very prompt with getting the info they needed from me, ordering the appraisal, and making sure the closing documents were ready before the 5th and they kept me informed every step of the way. I am not one to write reviews too often, but I felt like this team deserved a good review after their excellent work. If you are looking for a mortgage lender, you really should hire Todd and 3-Keys Lending.
