  Luke and his team did an awesome job. We had a great experience. It was a quick and easy process and they were very helpful. They kept us informed of the entire process and they were available to answer any questions we had. I think the best part about Luke and his team is that they were available after hours of my busy schedule. I had been wanting to refinance my house for a few years, but working 12hr days really did not give me much time to do so. Luke and his team made it happen. They were available after my busy schedule. Thanks again, we had a great experience.

  From the beginning, Luke never applied that ‘hard sell’ pressure tactic like so many of the other companies use. That might have been the main reason why my wife and I chose to go with his company. He is not only extremely thorough but also easy to work with and always willing to take the time to discuss our concerns and respond to all of our questions. The online mortgage application was easy and simple to fill out. The time it took from when Luke sent out the proposal to final closing was truly amazing. He kept us informed and up to date throughout the entire process. This experience went so smooth and well that I highly recommend the services of Fidelity Home Mortgage.

  Working to refi our home with Luke Kost and his team was a breeze (relatively speaking).  We have refinanced a couple of times and do not have the fondest of memories getting through those sordid processes!  Not only did Luke beat two other estimates on interest rate and closing costs, but was thoroughly professional, always available for questions, and terrific to work with.  We thought it would take two months to get through the process, but Luke had us set and closed within a month!  We did not keep the business cards from the past mortgage brokers, but we are keeping Luke's card and will recommend him to family and friends.  Job well done! As a small business owner who chooses to use profit to grow my business instead of taking it as salary. I worked on refinancing for over a year. I had previously been denied by Sofi (strongly do not recommend) after putting together a lot of paperwork and shelling out cash for a home appraisal. I explained my situation to **** up front, and he offered to look at my situation honestly before wasting either of our time. In the end, **** was able to save us ****% on our previous rate, and the whole process was handled efficiently and without hiccups. Thank you **** and crew!
