  Excellent people. Shayla is an outstanding person. I have had nothing but great experiences. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable. I have never seen such a great credit union with this high of a caliber of people.

  IQ Credit Union is a great place to do your banking. The service is great, the employees are very helpful. Your money is secure. What I like most is that you can transfer money easily even to external credit unions. Good job I Q!

  iQ is the best bank or credit union we have ever worked with! All of the member services we have used, from starting our account to setting up a mortgage, have been amazing! Extremely responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this credit union and will not bank anywhere else!

  I walked into the Ridgefield branch & spoke with an employee named Cameron. I told him my issue with not being able to access an account that I have with my daughter. Cameron listened attentively & quickly provided a solution for me to log out of the app & register under my social security so that I’m able to access & transfer funds between my daughter’s account & mine. I truly appreciate his time & assistance. -Mary S.

  Been super non helpful the last few times I been here "we can't do anything about it here but you can online" what's the point of having tellers that can't help with your account? Starting to feel more like a bank having IQ and I got away from banks for a reason.
