  Probably he best referral we could have gotten as new Veteran home buyers! Lisa and her team worked and communicated with us constantly! I came prepared with all my financial docs and within a 12 hours had a preapproval letter in hand. We were fortunate to be able to utilize our VA home loan benefits and Lisa and her team tirelessly ensured we had every bit of credit possible to the point where we didn’t have any out of pocket come closing time!   Both Josh and Lisa are amazing!!! Not only were they able to close a deal in 10 days, Lisa personally called the listing agent to verify a quick close. This essentially helped my buyer get the home she absolutely wanted! Above and beyond my expectations and appreciate the whole DC Team!

  Working with Joshua and DC Lending was a smooth process that made buying and closing on my house an easy process. While other lenders turned me down, because of my commission based job, Josh worked with me to find the right solution and got me approved on my loan when others couldn’t. 10/10 recommend using him if you’re at all serious about getting pre approved to start home shopping.

  Cole Grover helped us out on our very first home purchase which definitely was a learning experience. We had questions on how the home purchase process would go and he would always keep in communication answering our questions even while he was on vacation . Much recommend dc lending.
