Charlie Ybarra5I am new to RNC area and the staff at Fidelity could not have been more welcoming and helpful! I dropped in to open a checking and savings account at around 4pm. I was in Eric’s office discussing the different types of accounts when I realized my keys were missing. I stopped and began to look for my keys in the lobby with no luck. The entire staff started to help me locate them when we realized that a customer may have accidently picked them up since I had left them on the counter right in front of teller window. Eric and Arline began to try and contact the customer with no luck. Eric offered to drive me to the customers house and check if the customer may have accidently taken the keys. We both spoke to the customer and they in fact did have my keys. The customer was very apologetic. It was around 6pm and Eric drove me back to my car. I played it cool the entire time but I was truly concerned about what I was going to do as I did not know anyone in the area and my work bag was in the trunk of my vehicle. The staff at Fidelity made me feel right at home, almost like I’d had known them for years! Do yourself a favor and stop by Fidelity on Jones Franklin but keep your keys in your pocket! Thank you Arline, Banking Officer(name escapes me), Branch Manager, and especially Eric!

Chad Barker5Friendly, fast, helpful! Great group of people. I banked at another place (CFCU) for 10 years, and after all that time nobody ever recognized me ("Can I see your ID?"). These folks at Fidelity were calling me by my first name from day 1. That means so much to me.

J W2I had a bad experience a few months back with a teller at this branch. When cashing a large check she looked at the amount and made her own comments and opinion about the amount. I thought she was very nosy and rude to comment on the amount of the check and said we could have probably done better. I didn't report her to the branch manager but wanted to. Now I go to whatever branch she isn't at. The tellers at this branch are normally nice but the blatent unprofessionalism of this one teller ruins the branch
