  I am tremendously grateful for CIMG, especially for the work of Will Scroggs and Michelle Coppola. I wouldn't be able to close if it wasn't for their incredible responsiveness and fast turn around even on the weekend and after business hours. They were accommodating and amazingly patient with me and my many last-minute changes. From this home purchasing experience with CIMG, I now learn that when choosing a lender, interest rate is not everything. What's equally important is how much access you will have to the lender, how quickly they will be able to help you (still, they did offer me the best interest rate). I am so glad to have them as my lender and I would be recommending them to everyone I know.

  We worked with Carl Kiger and CIMG for both our initial mortgage last year and refi this year. Nothing but positive things to say about Carl and his team. Everything is completed digitally and the process via their online platform is extremely efficient. Whenever I have questions, Carl responds to email within the day.   My husband and I have worked with Dan Woodard multiple times on securing new mortgages and refinancing existing loans. Dan and the entire CIMG team are a pleasure to work with and we've never encountered a single snag in the entire process. Dan always takes the time to fully explain all financing options and I'm confident that each time we've closed a loan we ended up with the best product for us at the best rate possible. One time when we had a last minute problem with the closing attorney we had chosen (the attorney simply said they didn't have time to get to our closing quick enough), Dan quickly referred us to another closing attorney that got us all taken care of within our needed time frame.
