      I didn't know how good I had it until I moved and had to go with a different credit union. Fibre always treated me well, always up front and informative. I miss them. I have been with a new credit union where I have moved to for two weeks and I am already sopping for a different one. Thank you Fibre Federal for being easy al those years.

      It’s 9:30 and their times say they are open at 9am. They do this constantly it says they should be open at 9am but sometimes it takes them until 10am

      I love Fibre but HATE going to this branch. It sucks because it’s the closest one to me but I would rather drive across town because I will get taken care of much quicker. Every time I have been to this branch I am in line for atleast 15 minutes, whether there is 2 or 8 cars in the drive thru.

      Terrible service every time I come there is a line of at least 20 people with only two tellers I get people need to take lunch and do other paper work but there has got to be a better system waiting in line for 50 min is unacceptable
