  The entire experience working with fiber mortgage to refinance our house was amazing. They really work in a timely manner and were able to get us the best interest rate for our situation. Tricia is so lovely and very nice to work with. So happy we to went with them.

  We closed on our refinance on our home yesterday. Our loan processor was Tonya Grubbs. She was awesome! It took less than 30 days. And keep in mind we had not 1 but 2 holidays during this time! She kept us very up to date on everything and also followed up with an email every evening! So I would definitely recommend her and also Fiber Mortgage!

  I’m extremely pleased with the quality of service I received from the team at Fiber Mortgage- especially Elliott Ramos. I was updated at every stage of the process and the team was very very accommodating to my requests.   Zach Jamani was amazing to work with. He helped us with refinance our house with best interest rate and got us closed in two weeks. He was extremely responsive throughout the process, even though, we kept changing our options. if I have to buy another home or refinance, I would definitely work with him.

  My loan processor, Elliott, made it very easy for me to refinance my home. Once I uploaded everything for him to view, I did not have to do anything else until I signed my new loan. Everyday I received an update about my loan process, which was very convenient.

  I came to Fiber.Mortgage having very little knowledge about all that was involved in the process and was more than a little trepidatious. My anxieties were quickly relieved while speaking with Jessica White. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and accurately. I don't recall Jessica missing one phone call I made to her and she would respond to text messages very quickly. In every interaction, Jessica was kind, informative, patient, and professional. My positive experience with Fiber was further enhanced when Jessica brought in Angelica McPherson to walk me through the many forms requiring signature. Angelica was always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She kept me well aware of any requests from the lender and pointed me in the right direction consistently.   I have owned a few homes in my life, and have worked with other mortgage companies in the past. However, Fiber mortgage was very customer service oriented. They took the time to explain all the details of my refinance and put my mind at ease whenever I had a question about my loan refinance. They went above and beyond what I could have expected.   Every step and everything about our experience with Andrew Burkhart and Shania Campbell of Fiber Mortgage was professional, prompt, and pleasant. From the 1st communications call I felt like I had my own personal advisors "on call" for all my questions and concerns.
