  Mike is very professional and was always on top of every little detail needed to get the quickest approval. Caliber has much more flexibility than any of the more than a dozen banks and brokerages I contacted with regards to what types of income they will consider in order for a customer to qualify for a loan. If your income situation is a bit out of the norm, these are the people you need to call.
