  Very fast, excellent customer service, easy process with electronic documents. Linda was absolutely stellar and helped me and my husband through the whole process. We ended up needing to rush our loan application and Linda and her team were able to help us meet our closing date. Would 100% recommend.

  Vickie Goodin was phenomenal throughout the entire process. Securing financing for a home, in my opinion, is the most stressful part of buying a home. However, Vickie made this part pleasurable. She treated me like a "person" and not like she was a car salesman. She worked with me to ensure we secured the best plan for my needs. And, she delivered on everything she promised whether it was in writing or verbally. And to top it all off, she presented me with a wonderful housewarming gift at closing. All of my friends were jealous because they couldn't think of one lender ever who has ever done anything like this. She went above and beyond.   We were in a real bind and needed a loan in a hurry. We were ready to close in 9 business days, and did close within 14 days of initially contacting Kate. The entire team was so accommodating. Kate was very reassuring, confident, and everything went so smoothly. Rest assured I will be spreading the word! Oh and they had our grass cut!
