  I can not say enough good things about James and FGU investments. He was the best at guiding me through the home buying process and even listened to me scream and cry at times. He became a great friend in the process. I felt like he treated me with respect and believed in my dreams as much as I did. I am so glad I was referred to him after having terrible experiences with other mortgage companies, he made good on his promise to help me buy a home. I will refer him a million times.

  James was a pleasure to work with. He has been around my family for 15 years. My family does all there mortgages though him. i highly recommend. I closed on my first house on 03/31/20.He helped me with all my credits, I have money saved up for retirements. I highly recommend James.

  I'm happy to see someone has has a good experience with this company because my experience has not been good actually it has caused me great stress. I seek professional help because I know nothing about repairing my credit. After doing some of the things that was asked of me my credit jumped up k was excited but as soon as it went up it started to drop like a rock and I have no idea why. When I reached out for help from the agent he disappeared on me, no longer returning my calls, I recieved text that he would call tomorrow but tomorrow never came. I started to feel like I was chasing him like he didn't have time for me, I felt like I was bothering him and it left me feeling uncomfortable. The last thing I was asked to do was to open an account with Identity IQ which is costing mr 24.99 a month, that I really can't afford and I don't have an agent that's available to explain any of this to me. So yes I'm angry and frustrated with my experience and now I have to seek help with another company and pray I have a better experience..
