Yuge Ji1Do NOT use Citizens Bank. They did not mention a $10 monthly service fee when I opened an account. I soon closed the account after going in to their branch office three years ago but the account did not close and they have been charging me $10/month with no notification ever since. That’s $430 of invisible “maintenance fee.”

ramy leny1Terrible customer service. A representative seems like she doesn’t know anything about the banking industry. She made me feel like i m not welcome and she was unprofessional and has no customer service skills. I had to leave and go to an other branch as i didn’t wanna take a risk of making mistakes on the card transaction that i was making. I was standing all time she couldn’t offer me to take a seat. First time going to that branch and will be last time except for using ATM.

Chuck Binda5The staff is very friendly. I've known most of them for years. They always take good care of me and my employees. Great location for walkers but a little tough for drivers. It doesn't have a dedicated parking structure.

I’ve had an issue with a citizen bank at a different location so when i went to this location Shivangini Patangia was able to help me fix my problem with no appointment .
