      New face every time.Is this a trainees bank.Takes forever for any simple transaction.Its horrible.Always.

      It's the worse. An issue from 2018 is still not fixed and it's 2020. Rick the manager doesn't have the capability to search emails or follow up properly. Just a bad experience. We are going to close the account and move it to another bank. If you dont have an account please check out cambridge savings bank, the cooperative bank, or Santander all in charlestown.

      I like this bank,but when they renovated this location. The tellers that I first was introduced to, were great. Very friendly, but now they are friendly on different occasions

      Citizens bank has really great commercials its too bad that they are all fake. I have been giving the wrong information mutiple times about interest rates and other basics.
