  Called today Urgently Needing Cash Fast and after “Only One Minute” on the phone I was RUDELY told... “We Aren't Giving Out Loans Today”. I personally have over $2,500 worth of credit line, as well as an EXCELLENT CREDIT SCORE. Instead of being treated as a potential customer or client, I was treated like a druggie and offended. So I went to MY BANK of First Community and was granted my needed/asking of only ($600). Thanks for further LOSING my TRUST in Finance Companies. Best ADVICE... Go to a Bank instead.

  The worst creditor ever. Been paying for 2 years. I'm a veteran, I had a nuero seizure and ended up in the hospital for an extended period of time. They broke all the rules of fair collections, impersonated law enforcement, circuit court of a whole nother state, threats lies etc. Do not use this company. Even as a last resort. They are ruthless

  This is the worse financial institution I have ever delt with. they are rude and considerate and don't care about their customers at all I really and truly hope they eventually go out of business really soon

  My husband and I have been customers since 2013 and the ladies always go above & beyond with us... We've purchased 2 vehicles & currently have a personal loan with federal financial. We won't ever go anywhere else!!

  Absolutely worst company to deal with!!!! If you’re a day late on the payment, they’re threatening to repo your car. Terrible customer service!!!!!!

  Everybody is so friendly and nice that works there
