  Working with Feather River Property Management is an awesome experience. After purchase of multi-unit property came with inherited tenants Feather River was very prompt to bring all tenants under new contract very smoothly. Recently there was one vacant, there were able to get my unit rented within 2 weeks. Kim and her team were very accommodating to my needs and many questions. I would highly recommend Feather River Property management to anyone looking for Property Management in Yuba-Sutter and surrounding areas.

  The ladies were sweet and kind. unfortunately if you have bad credit and a bankruptcy even if its going off your credit next year. It doesn't matter about good rental history. Wish you guys could of helped me and my family. But I understand I guess. 😢 you can't change business rules. I've been in my current home with my husband and 3 kids for almost 7yrs and always paid rent on time never late, but having to move cause the new owner wants to move their family in. Just trying to find something but our income isn't high either and its to high for low income housing were stuck in the middle and now our bad credit is taking us down to. 😢😢😢Praying for a miracle. Sorry to rant on here just sad and scared for my kids mostly with the chance of being homeless all because of poor choices before with credit cards. Oh I am grateful though they didn't charge me for my husbands application when they saw my credit wasnt good enough so I do appreciate that.

  It is unfortunate for the situation you and your family are in. Giving us a 2 star rating when we were “sweet and kind” as well as not charging you for the application and being up front with you seems a bit unfair.

  We are very happy that we picked Kim Wood, who is the property manager of Feather River Property, to manage our property at Camp Far West Rd, Wheatland, CA. She is very prompt in sending us the monthly rental report . More power to you Kim and Feather River Management.

  Not to kind or straight forward and won't work with tenants to find a positive solution they would rather let a lease end and not renew it then to give notices to resolve issues. Then when they decide to not renew your lease they don't give you the excuse for why which I understand they are exempt from having to state. But when you try to reach out for some extended time cause you have a job that you can't really take time off of to look for other means of housing they refuse. Its really sad too that if there are underlying problems (due to other tenants that you have tried to get help with) they don't even give you a notice to resolve the issue before it gets to this point as to not renew the lease.

  Choosing Feather River Property Management as my first experience as a renter has been amazing. They’ve helped me with any questions or concerns I had. When I needed help with any maintenance they made me feel like I was top priority because they would resolve my issue immediately. After being with them for almost 2 years I can say they’re definitely a company worth your time. Kim is super professional and on top of that she demonstrates she genuinely cares for her tenants and properties. Thank you Kim and the rest of the Feather River Property Management team for making my renting experience amazing!

  Feather River Property Management is one of the best property managers I have worked with. They are professional , kind, attentive and always get the job done.   My family rented a property that they managed. During the time that we rented that property, the team was very responsive to the issues that came up. They were both personal and professional. While they were friendly, it was also very clear that they take their business seriously. I would happily do business with them again.
