  This was definitely an easy review for me. Branden and his team are absolutely amazing! He was responsive with all of my questions (trust me there was a lot), he was available when I needed him, and they were fast in processing my loan application. I was told that buying a house would be a stressful and overwhelming 30 days at least. Branden and Academy Mortgage made it the complete opposite. He worked hard to get us the lowest rate possible and we are happy! Communication is key... and these guys nailed it. The videos throughout the stages of the loan were pretty entertaining as well! Next time I buy, I am using Branden!

  I can't even explain in words how much Willie and is staff of professionals helped me! They simply just got the job done! They made the house buying process fun and stress free. I love the whole team! If I had to explain the whole experience in one word, it would be "Flawless" job well done Willie!   Branden and his assistant Lois were great! I was doing the whole process from Germany and they took time to email back and forth explaining everything I needed to know as well as taking time from their busy schedule when I wanted to call them about something. Super helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend! Awesome first time home buying experience!

  Working with Branden Bates has been an extraordinary experience . He and his team work very hard to get the job done when other lenders can fall short. I would say he is a Miracle worker and has closed loans that others couldn't even touch. Being a professional in this industry, I want my client's to be in great hands.   Veronica was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in first helping me secure my loan for purchase and then a year later helping me refinance to roll in renovation costs. She was always ready with answers and communicated very clearly where we were in the process and what documents were needed. She was patient with my questions and last-minute changes.   It was crazy timing when we were searching for our next home, we had just moved back into the area and our baby boy was very close to making his debut. We were stressing a tad and ready to be in our new home as quickly as possible, Branden was so easy and professional to work with and we were able to get everything closed before our little man arrived into this world!!!!   My boyfriend and I were buying our first home, and had no idea what we were doing. We had gone to an agent that a friend had recommended, and had been jerked around for months.
