  This company is so awful!!! I Just cant believe them! I have been battling them for 3years now yes during the pandemic they will Not communicate with their customers, they lie and want to take your home!!! I mean the rest of the world was helped during the pandemic my whole family was out of work and had covid and they still denied my modification!!!! When the reason I was in default was because of their lack of communication and now I have to fight for my home and the thing is my lawyer has caught them lying in many things during this all shes in awe. She said she has NEVER worked with such an awful company ever!!!! If you have them refinance as soon as you can to get rid of them!!!!!

  I own multiple properties with multiple servicers. Fay is by far the worst I have ever experienced in my career. Nobody returns phone calls, supervisors are never available, incompetent staff and somehow I get my statements in the mail but when it comes to refunding excess money in my escrow account the checks never make it. I was supposed to have my money in December and am still chasing it down. Every time I call it is a different excuse. What a horrible experience.

  I never write reviews, but this company is so horrible, I had to. I am a professional real estate investor. I have dealt with many, many lenders. This is by far, the most horrible lender I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. Mistake after mistake, horrendous customer service, long wait times, no follow up, wrong information, claiming missed payments, etc. I didn't choose them, I was transferred to them, so if you have a choice, DON"T USE THEM. I am going to report them to the appropriate authorities.

  They lie, lie, lie! They foreclosed on our home after refusing to take our mortgage payments, stating that our new paperwork was still pending. Suddenly it’s up for auction with no notice. Won’t call us back after we told them why we urgently needed to talk to them as our house was suddenly up for auction. They are scam and a foreclosure mill. Had to pay millions in 2017 for the same thing they did to us. Stay away!

  Try to rip off notaries to perform their closings with electronic documents and fax back of documents for $75. My base fee for the above is the going rate in Cincinnati of $225. I leave my office to notarize a single document (car title, poa, hcpoa) for $75.

  Fay Servicing employees the RUDEST INDIVIDUALS! It's just not fair !!! People are already going thru enough stress losing their homes to have to call this company and deal with the unprofessional ATTITUDES! They should be shut down!

  Probably the worst experience of getting a Release of Lien Document from this company - took 5 phone calls, multiple emails and 3 weeks to get what is OWED to me as a consumer - Do not deal with this organization!!!!
