  Jason's service was superb, and he made sure we got the best deal around, which even exceeded my expectations! He had all the answers and was always in touch with us throughout the home-buying process. Our Realtor was a bit leery when we picked a lender who was out-of-town, but it was not a problem whatsoever and our down-state closing went smoothly. Highly recommend.

  Excellent team to work with! We just purchased our first multi-family property and even though it was a challenging deal because of the specific loan that I was looking for (IHDA FHA) plus the current health crisis in the whole country (COVID-19), Jason's team made it possible by providing a very good service. One of the things I liked the most about working with Jason's team was the fact of having a portal to be completely informed about the status of your loan application process and also to make the process smoother when requesting and submitting all of the needed docs from them. I am looking forward to keep working with Jason's team in the future.

  Jason and his team helped me get into my first home, and they went above and beyond. I had multiple pre-approvals, and went with them not only because they were getting me a good rate and mortgage product, but also because Jason explained the process more thoroughly than the other loan officers I spoke to, and he found additional or different programs I was eligible for that other lenders didn't. After we found our place and submitted an offer, he and his team worked hard to get the clear to close after some big hiccups that were out of our control, that affected the process. They were also great with communication throughout. The online portal to upload my documents and see what's next, in one place, was a nice bonus. I'll be reaching out to Jason again when I need to buy my next home, and recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home - even and especially first time buyers.
