  I was contacted by Patricia to discuss working with AHP to help fill some urgent positions in a sr. recruiting capacity. She was extremely polite, professional, organized and knowledgeable about their needs and the company overall. I then researched the company and found them to be very well-like and respected with most all of their customer reviews to be above average to outstanding! I’m looking forward to possibly working together with Patricia and her team to help fill their needed roles with top talent to further promote the company, products and services. A 5+ star rating to date with their organization, communications, products and attention to overall client satisfaction.

  Not responsive, not professional, shady company, poor value for your money, poor quality, that's how I can describe AHP Investing. I terminated my account on June 2020. I've been waiting for my money to be deposited in my bank account since then. Every time I ask for an update they email back with the same response: "We are still processing the last few account liquidations in April and the start of May 2020. Thanks for your patience." Still processing April 2020? Are they understaff or something? Would not trust a company that is still struggling with paper work since April 2020. The SEC should look into this shady company. The worst investment I made so far. Investing in AHP has been a nightmare. Never ever put your money in AHP.

  Hi Carlos - We apologize for not meeting your expectations. We offer a best efforts redemption policy: if an investor requests a redemption of their investment, we will undertake our best efforts to redeem within 30 days. If we are unable to complete within 30-days, then we process in the order received. We have offered policy this since 2016 and have historically been able to process within 30 days. When COVID hit last March, we received an unprecedented number of redemption requests - some investors needed funds to cover payroll, meet margin calls, pay living expenses and other uses. At the same time, courts, county recorders, and municipalities slowed or even suspended functions in many parts of the country. Thus, we could not complete some REO sales and foreclosures, while a the same time many borrowers were calling in requesting forbearances as they were unable to make their mortgage payments. So, investors were requesting funds back at the same time some of our revenue was stalled. Although we still cannot complete foreclosures in some parts of the country and some borrowers are still having challenges making their payments due to COVID-related income disruptions, the situation has improved. We are processing redemption request in the order that they were received and we have gotten through the influx received last March and April. After that, the redemption requests slowed. Today's low interest rates and surging real estate market have been very helpful to our business, as we are able to sell our modified loans at significant premiums and are typically selling our REOs at substantially higher than pre-COVID prices. Thus, we expect to be back to redeeming within 30-days in the next 3 months. As your request was received in June, we expect your request to be processed in the next month. We appreciate your patience.

  I love AHP Servicing because it is beneficial to everyone. The banks sell the mortgages they don't want to hold, so they can churn for more profit and they are happy. The homeowner gets to actually stay in their home with a more compassionate mortgage servicing company. Lastly, as an investor I feel good about helping people stay in their homes with a good return. Everybody wins with AHP Servicing.

  I would say this company is amazing, I like there customer serivce, they will respond very quickly to questions you might have with your investment. Plus being able to get monthly dividends for putting in a minimum of $100 dollars is amazing to be honest.

  I am a fan because you (AHP) have paid on time. I have recommended investing with you to other people I know, which I guess is the highest compliment I can give. I can deal with possibly losing my money, but I would feel very bad if any funds were lost for those I referred. I also had a chance to talk with Jorge Newberry, and although I have only met him on the phone, I have a higher degree of confidence in him due to some common threads in our upbringing in CA and for shared experiences with financial loss. I don't know how much he is involved with the company still, but I hope he still has some involvement.

  If you treat this like a savings account, 10% interest sure beats .01% at the bank. AHP has always delivered on their claims and they have great service. Highly recommend!

  Extremely poor management a lot of finger pointing, and nothing is getting done.

  I enjoy investing my IRA with AHP servicing because of the 10% return and the ease that their staff makes it happen. Great communication, great staff, good returns!

  Everything has been great. My only criticism is that my most recent contribution took 1 month before it was invested. This would have been less of an issue had there been regular communication regarding the matter.

  The impact investment earns quick return, which is great. However, the platform could use more transparency. There are times where I'm not sure where my money is going...
