  I recently started a business account. And I experienced something I have never had happen in my life . I had a transaction through a 3rd party payment system -- go sour. The person who received merchandise from me--put a charge-back on it. I called my banker Daniel Tran from the Fullerton Branch. He very wisely took strategic action to avoid a loss for me. Saved by a wise action taken by a very young--but very astute banker. 5 Stars.

  The Personal service you get here is excellent and fast. You'll never have to wait long to speak to someone, and their fraud protection is great. they call me about any suspicious activity. I have my personal and business accounts here.

  Tellers are all nice and friendly, but most important they're quick.
