  Great experience! The customer service was AMAZING! They were very friendly,professional and did their very best in giving me a rate that was perfect for me . Definitely would recommend if you are looking for insurance auto or home .

  I recently switched to Farmer's after having problems with our old insurance. It wasn't our fault, but our car was stolen. The old insurance didn't help us and it was a huge disaster. Recently, my mom's car broke down and the rear windshield broke. Nothing hit it and it wasn't an accident, it just broke. My mom called Farmers and he helped us a lot! Our problem was fixed so quickly that we were so happy with the quick turnaround. James is very professional and communicates with us at every step. We feel very confident in our decision to switch to Farmers! Thanks again James !!!
