  We've made several claims on our house policy and our car policy and both times the company went out of its way to make sure that we were pleased with the final result. Grant also was very helpful in getting the claims process started. He also does a good job of making sure our policies are reflecting any changes in our situation. I'm sure they are not the cheapest, but there is none better when the time comes when you need to access your coverage.

  Grant did an excellent job of helping reassess how much home insurance we needed after we paid off our mortgage. I compared with a couple other companies and felt Farmers deserved our business because of the time Grant and his staff took understanding our needs and responding to my many questions. Grant helped me save money and get more insurance coverage!

  I have had a good experience with my homeowner's insurance from Farmers and Grant Fenton. Rate increases have been reasonable, and I get an annual check-in from the agency at least annually to see if anything has changed, and coverage options I may want to consider

  I have been with Farmers for a lot of years. The people I have worked with are very friendly, professional, answer any question I have. They make suggestions as to what I may need. They have had all my insurance policies from car , home and life.

  Laurie, Grant, and the rest of the team are top-notch. Always polite and courteous. They took the time to learn about our home and auto needs before putting together a plan. When we moved, switching everything from Kansas to Missouri was a breeze. We were so satisfied that we asked them to insure our small business as well. I love being able to pick up the phone any time I have a question and get a straight answer right away. If you want an agent that can give you straight answers to your policy questions and know you by name, call and ask for Laurie or Grant.

  Suzie was great! She was quick to understand a situation, appeared to be interested in the customers, and always responsive to their needs. Other personnel were like one would expect to find in any agency - nothing special.
