  Ok prices it you don't mind wasting your time and repeatedly trying to call and get nothing done. They say they will do something and don't. Not professional at all!

  I have been dealing with Terral and I have been satisfied. She has been extremely helpful and the rates are good. There is a $40 fee but you get discounts with some businesses for it.

  Chris Todd is the guy you need for insurance. He’s been very professional on every call I’ve made thank you Chris. The rates are the best for what they provide. Highly recommended.

  Very professional Agents, employees. Caring for each individual as if you were the only client. Easy to work with if you ever had a claim. They are always anxious to help you in all areas of Insurance as your home, auto, health. The Corporation requires continuous education that aides them in maintaining current insurance needs you may have, any new regulations. Though you have the Agent you began with, at FARM BUREAU Offices, you have each member in that Office working for you. Their rates are very competive especially when you have more than one type of insurance with them. I will always do business with FARM BUREAU!

  David Jordan is my agent and I've been trying to contact him for 45 days and I literally am unable to speak with him. I had to find someone outside of Conway to add a vehicle to my policy and the woman messed up and didn't take the old vehicle off my policy. So I've been trying to contact them to get the old vehicle off my policy and now they are charging a lot extra like 80% more then what it should be originally.
