  Please ask for Sandi if you want the best experience buying or trading jewelry! I felt like she took her time to listen to what I wanted and she wasn't pushy at all. She followed up with me when she found the style I really wanted and then she helped me trade towards it so I ended up staying in my budget. She was awesome! Thank you Sandi!

  This is a very welcoming store. I was timid to go to a pawn shop in general, but the staff here was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and fair. Brandon's level of customer service went above & beyond what I am accustomed to in today's world of customer service. His knowledge and expertise helped me immensely. I will definitely be returning!

  Each time I come in, I have the most wonderful experience. Stu (Stuart) is my main jewelry guy and he goes above and beyond to make sure that purchasing, display, sizing etc. is top notch! He gives you advice and helps you choose what best fits for you - I haven’t been to another jewelry store since I’ve been coming here and I won’t dare go anywhere else. Best service, best prices and displays I’ve ever seen!
