  I have been a customer of this branch of Farm Bureau for over 20 years. I have always been treated as a valued customer. Dennis and his team are always professional and quick to supply answers to any questions I may have. Dennis has always been able to provide me with options to best fit my needs. This Farm Bureau team is not just our hometown insurance provider, they are our neighbors. You can't go wrong with this team!

  I’ve been working with Dennis and his team for over 5 years now and it’s been great! I feel like just more than just a customer and more like part of the family every time I speak to them. They truly do a great job of making my interactions personal and about my needs.   We have been clients, well more like family, for a little more than eleven years. We chose to get a quote for Our home, auto and life insurance due to the hospitality from the front to the back, as I like to call it. The Ladies in the front are always sweet, and caring. Mr. Bass one of the most sincere, honest and helpful people. I have been able to address Our children being added to Our policy, to him helping us with transferring them over to their own policies. This last year, Our daughter and I was in a horrible wreck, where I was life flighted. The office was so kind, concerned, and assisted my husband with everything. He was absolutely beyond himself, becoming the Caretaker of Our daughter and taking over everything I had done, dealing with whether I would live and the level of care it would take. We have always felt taken care of when we needed them! They have always treated Us like family.

  I’ve had coverage with farm bureau my entire life. I went as an adult in 2014, to open all of my own policies, home insurance, life insurance policies, etc. I love working with Dennis! He is such a kind hearted soul and so very helpful. Donna and Karen are always so helpful whenever I call in with questions. I will never take my coverage anywhere else.
