  CFCU of Dickson is the best. I have had great experiences with my accounts and loans. I just recently got a loan and Jennifer Leathers helped me with everything. The process was very easy and went smooth. Jennifer was so very kind and helpful. This was by far the best experience I have had with a loan and with a bank personally! I can't say enough nice about CFCU or Jennifer. What a wonderful person she is and CFCU is the best bank!

  We've been with this bank for many many years now and we have never had a problem at all and if we ever had a little issue it was resolved very quickly. The staff there is very polite and courteous . I feel like I can call or go by anytime and get a quick loan or make a payment or just drop in to say hi and I'm still treated the same way each time!! I also appreciate the staff for their hard work and patience they give to all their customers. I just want to say thank you. Cheryl Simon

  I joined Cornerstone Financial after I settled in Burns. I am very happy I did so. I left a "big bank" because of repeated, disappointing customer service. Cornerstone is night and day. They are always friendly, which I expect. But the few times I need to walk in I end up learning something new, like having my utility bills paid through them rather than having to drive to each utility once a month to deliver a check. Super convenient! I would recommend to anyone to join this credit union.

  I highly recommend Cornerstone Financial. The team here is super friendly and they treat everyone with the same great customer service. If you are a.member they have a free notary service which came in very helpful for me the other day. Also this may be a silly thing but I really appreciate the easy access to the bathroom here. Most banks no longer even let customers use their restroom facilities and when you are on your way back home from work in Nashville to your house in Dickson and need to stop at your financial institution, it is an added perk to me not to be denied the use of a bathroom. Thank you Cornerstone!

  I do not recommend this bank, They locked my card when I was using my own card. I called to try to unlock it and now my card will be locked until Monday. If you have problems with your card on the weekends you will not be able to access your money. I even tried to email them and they blocked my email. I do not understand how they can lock your card for three days and you can’t access the money you work for.

  Thanks for reaching out. Please give us a call at 615-385-6866 as this appears unusual. I typically don't hear the term locked in reference to a card, unless it was taken by the ATM after too many opportunities to get the correct PIN. We do not block emails so we're a bit unsure about that also and would like to find out more. Please call us and we apologize for this occurrence.

  Opened a savings account and put in $50. Planned on using it for long term savings separate from our primary bank. Didn’t touch the account for 2 years. Tried to deposit some extra money into it and found out the account had been moved into “dormant mode” and they had taken every dollar in the account for fees.

  I'm so sorry to hear about your experience. We do have a monthly fee that gets applied if accounts go unused for a length of time. The account would have needed to be at the $100 level to avoid this fee, even if unused. As with most financial institutions, if there is no activity, a fee will usually be assessed to cover account processes such as statements. It's also a good idea to opt in for online statements as the most frequent fee that brings account balances down these days is paper statement fees due to the cost incurred by the institution. We certainly hope you'll consider coming back as we hold a 97% satisfaction rate with our members overall which is tops in the market.
