      Never in my life have I had to fight with a bank to take my money. If you are cashing a paycheck, you will only receive the balance of your Regions checking account. You are not blessed with the option to pay a fee to cash your check in full. The grocery store can cash my check with less fuss than a nationwide, FDIC insured bank. If you deposit a check in the ATM (lord help you) you are now at the mercy of whichever over-encumbered, underpaid employee drew the short straw that day. I’ve missed my rent due to my paycheck being stuck in “pending” purgatory for nearly a week straight. If the lobby is busy, you will not be put on hold, they will simply let the phone ring. The funny part is that the lobby is the size of a closet- and it is absolutely guaranteed to be busy as soon as you need it. Workers are cool about it I guess. If you walk in right about 3pm on a Friday you can see the entire floor looking like shellshocked Vietnam draftees. Pretty neat.

      This branch in Dickson,Tn is very absurd. For starters they are always closing earlier than their business hours. I’ve experienced quite a few incompetent tellers as well. This branch truly needs to step it’s service up a notch or two or three. Starting with better communication with account holders and staying open until 5 since that is the posted hour on google/branch door. Getting a bank account at this regions is quite an inconvenience.

      This is with out a doubt the worst Regions bank I have ever been to. No drive up window, no parking. Not sure what to make of the inside. I have never seen bar stools at a bank before. There two at every station. It’s a poor attempt of sophistication at this bank. If this is the model there going to. I’m moving to another bank chain. The costumer service is slow they have to provide chairs. REALLY

      Both ATM's down today at closing time. No way to get funds. You would think with the new bank they would invest in customer service and a better ATM or preventive maintenance plan. If this continues, I'll be switching banks.

      Tried calling 5+ times an hour after they opened fix something wrong with my account and they never answered me once. I am still currently trying to call them. Y’all have been open for an hour but no one knows how to answer a phone. I would give no stars if possible. Horrible service!

      Enjoy the people and doing business with Regions Bank. However very dissatisfied with removal of drive thru services. Place enough staff inside to take care of customers timely.

      One star for the new bank setup. I bet the staff is still very proficient but the new building is lacking a staff drive through. It's just "smart" ATMs and a crowded lobby.

      No drive thu. Atm is always out of money, id it works at all. The "video help" never has anyone to help. Atm only had $5 bills last Friday, $100 limit.

      There was a miscommunication with the drive thru teller about availability of funds from a paycheck that was deposited on a Friday morning into a newly opened account. Other than that miscommunication, this bank has been wonderful and helpful.

      Great friendly people. I love my bank and all the employees they have always been super helpful and kind. It would be nice if Dickson location had a bigger parking lot for sure.
