  Whit knows our names and checks in with us. Our last car insurance agent did not seem to really care about us. I don't know if he really even knew who we were. When we had some questions about trading in a vehicle, we sent him an email and he never responded. I had to follow up a couple times before he finally got back to us. When we switched to Farm Bureau with Whit, our experience was totally different. He really seemed to care. He also got us a much better deal. We were able to get car, renters, and life insurance for cheaper than our previous car insurance. Recently, my wife got into a car accident. I called Whit to ask some questions. He immediately answered the phone and knew who I was and remembered who my wife was too. It does not feel like we are just another number to him. It feels like really cares about knowing our names and who we are. He calls and follows up on things with us as well, but he's not annoying or pushy at all.

  Great people to work with and high quality insurance. I've had an auto policy with Whitney's office for just under two years now, and I've yet to have any sort of hassle or misunderstanding. Just honest and straightforward insurance, and they're never tough to reach. These are the kind of people you want handling your policies in the long term.

He understands all aspects of the insurance process as he has worked many years as an auto estimator and claims representative and now as an agent.   I never want anything to happen and have to file an insurance claim.
