  Our realtor recommended Zach to us. From the very first phone call, Zach made the entire process easy to understand, even with all the craziness of home buying right now. Communication was amazing. He helped us lock in our rate at the perfect time for our payment to be as low as we could get it. Zach beat the other lenders with his rate and the relationship that he built with us in a very short time. Anyone should go through Zach when they need to buy or refinance.   Zach is the only guy I will go to as long as I live. He is a stud and will go out of his way anytime of the day to help you understand everything that is going on each step of the process. It was mine and my wife’s first experience buying a house and it was made so easy with Zach’s help and the app made everything so smooth and easy to do. I will recommend him to everyone I know buying a house.

  Zach patiently answered all of the dozens of questions I had. He accurately told me up front how much refinancing my home would cost. He honored a credit that he had mentioned verbally (not in writing) early in the refinance process. If you’re looking for someone to work with who is straightforward and helpful, Zach is your future loan officer.

  First Colony was absolutely amazing! I had the “joy” of house hunting for the first time about 4 months ago and was surprised at how little I knew about it. Zach did an amazing job at making sure the process went as smoothly as possible and in answering any questions I may have had. I’ve been in my new house for about 2 months and even to this day he still reaches out to me. Thanks for all the help and keep up the fantastic work out there!

  Zach Saxton goes above and beyond when working on a mortgage or refinance. With mine I know he worked extra hours, answered a lot of questions, was very patient and never gave up. He was able to get a refi done that alot of people said couldn't be done and would have given up on. If you are looking to get a mortage or to refinance your home I would definitely give Zach a call. He will definitely work hard to get the job done.

  I was referred to Zach at First Colony Mortgage to help me refinance my home. I couldn’t have been more pleased to work with him. He was always right on top of everything that needed to be done. I had a few hurdles to jump over and Zach helped me with every single one. He was so efficient, kind and understanding of my unique situation.   My husband and I went and looked at a house not expecting to put in a offer, once we decided to move forward we called Zach and he had us pre approved by the end of the day. After that Zach and his team made sure we got nothing but the best, I would 10 out of 10 recommended Zach and first colony mortgage!
