  I've been with this bank for a couple of years. I've had a good experience. They have good customer service, They're mobile app is easy to use and works good for me. They've been happy to answer my questions & It's s been easy to get ahold of someone either online or over the phone.

  Allysa Miller was great! She made my auto loan super easy and convenient. She got me approved at the original APR and interest rate. The entire staff at the Providence branch is always there to help anyway they can. This is my second auto with them and will not be my last. Great Job Allyssa! Thanks again.

  I was helped by Alyssa Miller, FSR and I can't say enough good things about the assistance I was given. It was like having a family member assist. Very professional, efficient, friendly, and did exactly what she said she would do. Made the process easy and stress free.

  Went in for a first-time auto loan, as well as to open a new account. Since there was a lot to do, the process was long, but it was painless and easy. All of my questions were answered, and any problems that arose were quickly fixed. The banker even stayed late after close to help out. Overall, I felt like my business was welcome, and I felt like the staff was well-equipped to meet my needs.

  Hayden was very helpful in helping me finish the paperwork to refinance my car through the CU I now have a lower interest rate and gap coverage I didnt have before.

  My car loan couldn't have been easier! Filled out an application online, received a call within a couple ofhours, got pre-approved then once I found my car it was completed the next day. This is why I've banked here for years.

  The customer service was exceptional. The representative took great care of my needs and made sure that I understood all the terms. He was knowledgeable and was able to communicate all the terms in a manner that was understandable to me.

  I went here to get an estimate for a mortgage and they had a good rate and were very friendly in the moment, but as soon as I left, that all changed. They no longer seem like they care or know who I am. The experience was the exact opposite with Guild Mortgage which is why I decided to go with them instead, even though the rate was higher.
