  From first call to closing, Kurt and his team were absolute professionals, and a model of efficiency. Having spent more than 2 decades in real estate finance in large regional banks, I've been a part of a great many real estate transactions, and I am not overstating in saying that I've never, ever seen a smoother or more enjoyable one.
