  We could not have been happier with Nolan, Amy, Chartley, Sheryl, and the whole Cafe Lending team. As first-time home buyers who were purchasing a house outside of the state where we currently live, we expected the process to be complicated and stressful, but they took care of everything -- even setting up a power-of-attorney since only one of us could travel back to Indy for the closing. They were incredibly well-organized, informative, and responsive, and we'll certainly be recommending them to our friends and family.

The team at Cafe Lending makes time to answer your questions quickly and are available to help on weekends prepping pre-approval letters. This was my first time buying a home and they provided all of the information I needed to make the process as easy and stress free as possible.   This is our second time purchasing a home with Susan, and we just think the world of her! Susan is honest, compassionate, and will make sure that you get the best loan for your circumstance. My husband and I say that when you have a smile on your face after talking to your Mortgage Advisor, you know you are working with the right person!!!
