  This is the second time this year that we used John and his company Family Mortgage for our mortgage needs. John got us a great interest rate and advised us every step of the way.   John helped us get preapproved and purchase a home this year. He was very helpful and responsive. Anytime we had questions he was quick to answer via phone, email, or text. He was very descriptive and went out of his way several times to help make sure we had everything we needed.

  I cannot say enough good things about John & Dawn. Refinancing is an intimidating process (at least to me it was) and John was so friendly, professional, and kind. He explained the entire process & included these great little “along the way” emails with mini cartoon style videos to show where you were in the process & what comes next. Dawn patiently answered (what I felt) were tons of questions via email in such a timely & polite manner. I‘m sad I never got the chance to meet them in person (thanks COVID) to properly thank them for a great experience!
