  I have had personal accounts with SSFU since 2015, and this year I started my own business and opened business accounts. Erin Cross (assistant branch manager) was perfection! She answered all my questions, and I felt completely at ease. She was knowledgable, professional, patient, and personable. OUTSTANDING customer service!!!

  I have been a long time member with this branch and could not be happier with my entire experience. They have always been kind, caring, and informative on multiple levels. They have been prompt in helping me with all my situations from car loans, re-financings and a personal loan. I moved to another state and continue to stay with this specific branch with online banking and phone calls because of they way they have treated me over the years! Major shoutout to Jenna Gibbens for being a superstar!

  For several years we have had our personal and business banking through Security Service in Loveland and have always been and continue to be treated with the upmost respect.   What a terrific experience! I had a phone appt. with Austin Fenner. Even though what I needed to discuss was not in his genre, (loans and opening accts) he took care of a problem I was having with the utmost understanding and care. He has a terrific phone voice, he spoke succinctly, and calmly. He pointed me in the right direction as to how I go about dealing with my situation. I cannot say enough about how wonderfully I was treated and how perfectly he took care of my troubling circumstance regarding my accounts. Austin was amazing and should be patted on the back for a job well done. I feel as though I have a new friend this morning and this is why I love banking with SSFCU. A weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Austin!

  Having recently moved to Colorado, I found SSFCU's staff SO easy to work with in setting up new accounts and direct deposits. This is important because of the hundreds of details having to be addressed NOW during a stressful household move. They treat me as though I've been a customer for many years.

  I get a kick every time I go, I love the staff like good friends. Even if its just once every two weeks I see them! Mrs. Pike is an outstanding Member Relationship officer as well as good ol' Jeremy! The manager is always helpful when assistance is needed and the team behind him.   I have been doing business with Security Service Federal for several years now. They have by far exceeded my expectation in communicating and working with me to develop and protect my assets. Along with the above, they have had a whole myriad of tellers who have maintained a professional banking and financing demeanor, while still being open and friendly about who they are as individuals. Giving the whole financial institution a very good "small town feel". In closing, I will simply say that the staff of this particular location has gone "above & beyond" what is considered "normal" customer service, while the (COVID-19) business restrictions have been in place. It is not very often that you will see your bank teller out in the Colorado Heat, at the height of the 90 degree day; In full social distancing garments, mask included. Just to see that your financial needs are met in a timely manner before the close of business that day. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
