  Refused to return an item with the Peace of mind plan just because my husband is the one who bought it. Worker was going to return it, but grouchy manager "Margy" wouldn't let him return it. Also, all of their tablets are purposely not charged so that you cannot see if they work or not. They do this to scam their customers for money. Never going back. Take your business some where else.

  I stopped in a couple times to see what I could sell a couple items for. Staff has been very friendly and the high level customer service was unexpected as it's not what I'm used to at pawn shops. Jon, Hanna, & Andrew are very knowledgeable and helped me get more than I was expecting! It's nice to know they have my best interest in mind. I won't be going anywhere else!

  Pretty decent prices on used electronics, movies, and last and current gen video games or systems. That's all I'm ever looking for when I come here. I have found some good deals. Not much in terms of retro game selection, but if they do have any its usually in one of the glass cases near the movie racks. I've never purchased instruments here but I have browsed and those seem fairly priced as well.

  I bought a PC there, thought it was a good deal, they turned it on for me to "test" it, It started right up so I paid for it, took it home, hooked it up and found that the operating system wasn't working properly, so I took it right back. They didn't want to give me my money back even though I literally only owned it for less than an hour. talked to the manager and he wanted to give me store credit, I refused and told him that I wasn't leaving until I got my money back and insisted he get the owner out or on the phone so I can make a complaint. I wasn't very quite about it all either. Another manager came out, I told him what happened, we pugged it in and I showed him how the PC didn't save anything, it just keep freezing up, restart it and then returned to original settings including the time and date. He finally refunded my money for it. I have bought other things there and they were fine, but I will never buy any electronics there again.

  They had what I was looking for. Exactly. A specific firearm. I can get it online today for $720 (free shipping). Accessory on it is $150 new. FFL transfer $20. $890 new plus a background check. Looking at Max $900 brand new. The item here was in good shape but clearly used and beat up a little bit. I didn't ask to see it so do not know how it functions, internals, maintenance, etc. Priced at $1000. I left knowing there's not enough wiggle room in it to make it worth haggling to get to reasonable used price. Checked most shops in tri-City area and this shop only one that has it. Called to see if that was bottom price and was spoken to in a very condescending manner and told I would have to come in and it would depend on how long they had the item. I'll order it online and give somebody else my $900. There might be some deals there but I didn't see one.

  I bought a 1tb hard drive from here a year ago that I still use today - that being said the management and front end help have changed - and it shows. Totally disorganized. I went in to get another external hard drive, they had it but it didn't have the connector so I passed on that. I asked to see their GPS in a glass case so I could research which one I wanted, I could not do that because he insisted on awkwardly standing with me and looking over at his coworkers and laughing about it, which made me uncomfortable, he didn't say anything or recommend anything - I could just smell his breath. It wasn't a surprise to me when he told me it too did not have the connector.. or.. "he couldn't find it"... So, I asked if I could look at their Nikon camera, and what do you know - it did not have the battery pack nor the charger. I could have easily walked out of there with $600 but I refuse to use anything that can't be proven to work nor would I do business with disrespectful people.

  This place is a NO GO!!! I was doing a layaway purchase, I was $364 into my $760 purchase! I went into get the items 3 months before my time was up but got denied for my item. So I asked to cancel my layaway and for my money back in return, but was told I cannot and have to have it as in store credit and were very rude about it and was laughing while I walked out. So a couple months go by I go in to "USE" the in store credit but now was told they don't have it or can't find my file that says I have it! Now I lost $364 that they don't know where it went and don't want to replace! I asked for a number to call but I'm pretty sure they gave me a fake corporate number! STAY AWAY THIS PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUTDOWN LOOK AT ALL THE COMMENTS ITS NOT JUST ME !

  So I talk to an employee that works here about loans and what all I need to bring in. I'm already on the way there with all that I needed pulled into the parking lot at 430 go inside was told by the old lady up front that loans take to long and there wasn't enough time to come back tomorrow! Last I check business hours were till 5pm. If you don't want to work in sure the 4 or 5 a week that stand across the street would be happy to have your job!!! Rude customer service!!!!!!

  As a porfessional pawn shop reviewer, I would say that this pawn shop was a good experience. Walking into the store, I liked the welcoming array of really well used lawn care equipment. Also, looking around, the saddle selection was plentiful, so that was a bonus. However, the main problem was the lack of smiling in the pawn shop. That was kind of detering. I like to see some positiity and enjoyment. Other than that. the main thing was the great music selection. I felt like I was transported into an 80's themed mvoie in space, so that music is why I am rating this place so high. Props to the manager for choosing that music.

  For years I've tried with mixed success to like Mario. While I don't hate the man, I simply feel better when he's not around. Fortunately he has had the supreme luck of hiring a dedicated and hard-working staff that more than compensate for his obvious voids as a complete person. Except for the aforementioned Mr. M., I've always enjoyed my visits both buying and selling. The employees are both smart and helpful. It must be painful for them on non-managerial vacation days. I guess anything is better than Friendly Pawn -- that's a group of bona fide degenerates. Happy sailing.
