  I have been banking with FAIRWINDS since 1989 and I’ve always loved their customer service and services. I have been going to the branch in Orange city since right after it opened, consistently Jason Lopesilvero, a member services representative, has always gone above and beyond expectations. He greets with a smile, typically remembers your name and makes sure to take care of all your needs! He is a true asset to FAIRWINDS!

  I think that it is the best bank in the area. I have banked with B of A and with Wells Fargo and they don't even compare. With Fairwinds Credit Union I get the same great service at all three branches that I use. I use the Lake Mary Sanford and Orange City branches. I have five different types of accounts with them and I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.

  I had visited the drive thru branch in Orange Cit to make a savings deposit yesterday, but had recieved a rejection error slip "unable to accept cash deposits" I went into the branch with my completed deposit slip. The kind professional teller genuinely apologized and explained. The reason was my deposit accounts was only set up for primary checking and not my savings account and said no worries "I can set this up for you, it'll take about 24 hrs" quick and easy for you to have for future reference, you will be able moving forward do make your saving deposits via Drive Thru ATM's. Great Service!! My teller helped me with my deposits to both my saving and checking accounts. I ONLY wished, I had writte her name down,She was a very nice young lady with curly mid length hair who wore qglasses with a welcoming smile and willingness to help! Thank you Fairwinds Credit Union for hiring her a true asset to your company.

  I've had a checking account there from the time they opened ten years ago. I wouldn't bank with anyone else. I've never had a problem not one in all that time. Their great people. I'm not going anywhere. Thank you Fairwinds

  I have had the worst experience with your bank..I called since my debit card was fraudulently used..came to find out it was$ 5.00 & $6.00 for mailing fees, on products I had originally bought on line. the people whom I spoke with gave me the runaround and got really rude when I balked at giving my ss# according to your rules..I gave reluctantly to Zalak or Zalat. then a Kathy and they said they couldnt help me, What is wrong with your people?????

  Laurie G in the loan office went above and beyond in helping me get pre-approved for a loan to finance my new SUV. She took her time and made us feel like a top priority. She even helped us review Carfax reports for pre-owned models I was interested in test driving. We found the right vehicle and I drove it off the lot with her help. Absolutely the best!

  I met with a personal banker today, Laurie Owens, and I could not have been happier. She took the time to break things down to me in simple, easy to understand terms when it came to my inquiry of changing where I bank. She spoke plainly and honestly and in a 100% friendly manner. She knew EVERYTHING and really made me feel like I could count on her to look out for my family's best interest. Feels good to be HOME! Thank you Laurie!

  The best bank in town! Laurie Owens truly cares about the customers! We switched our personal and business accounts with Fairwinds after other banks charged so many different fees. We are very happy and won’t bank anywhere else.

  I recently had to purchase a new car and Laurie Green was very responsive and helped me every step of the way. She took the time to listen to my needs and answered my 100 questions and got me pre-approved in no time. There wasn't any sales pressure and I left completely happy with zero desire to get approved anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Laurie Green if you are needing to purchase a car and need a loan.

  Laurie Green is AWESOME! She worked hard to get my daughter financing for her first car with no cosigner. She listened to our concerns, reviewed our situation and was able to get the financing through. Having a relationship with the people in your local bank pays off. THANKS LAURIE!!
