  If you need a bank account for your registered student organization, stay away from this place! Setting up account and online banking took weeks and tons of back and forth. I would hear something different every time I called and each time we thought we were close we’d have to go back and start the process all over again doing something completely different. Do not recommend. Spent more time doing paperwork and setting things up than using the account.

  Shyra was so so helpful with the questions I had. I was on hold for a while before being transferred to her, and she was so sweet and gave me as much information as she could on my question!

  they are definitely lacking in customer service. I had to visit them about 7 times through out the summer to update a student organization and an event account. They gave me such a hard time when all they had to do was communicate with the osi. When they finally got to updating our event account, they got it mixed up and gave us horrible service. I definitely do not recommend this banking service. Go with CFE.

  It's on campus, so you need a parking pass to get here, but the staff are all very nice and the services provided to UCF students are awesome. Definitely worth opening an account, in my opinion.

  If your a student and need a checking account for college, this is the place. No fees and great service.

  Totally non competitive. Downhill since decision to no longer be a Federal Credit Union. Junk fees galore.
