  I have been banking with this institution for approximately 15 years. I have always been happy and felt valued with the service.   I love my credit union and everyone who works there always greets me with a genuine smile. Seriously, I always have the warmest interactions even over the phone! Xiomara is the branch manager at UCF and she surprised me with her dedication and compassion from that level up the ladder. She called me up and really made my day today when I was feeling confused and a little lost. People to people businesses are dying but not here. Thank you AdditionFi <3

  I do a lot of my banking online now, but when I need to go in it’s great to have a branch on campus. Claudia is always so helpful and cheerful. These people make my day!

  I like this branch. I went in to solve some issues I had with opening my account and was helped by Natalia. Super professional, friendly, and felt like I was a priority. Really enjoyed my experience and so far I really like the bank. Natalia was able to solve my issue and get me what I needed, so it was a good experience.

  Xiomara is the literal the best. Me and my boyfriend were opening a joint account together and asked her a TON of question — she is very knowledgeable because she answered every single one. I am so happy we went with her. If you ever want to open any account please ask for Xiomara!!!!
