Pamela Romo helped me with a loan, explaining the detail and guided me through the entire process, she is very knowledgeable and professional.   Joseph was a great help on my visit today. I enjoy going inside the branch and due to Covid-19 drive-thru is the new normal. Over the last 9 years I’ve visited the Alafaya branch near colonial and he and the team always go above and beyond for their customers. Five stars and 2 thumbs up!
