  Antoine did an excellent set up, welcome, It took me a couple of days to wade through the online account set up. Mild unclarity as to the bonus for customer reference. The younger hip intimacy Star Trek desk set up no barrier is something that is definitely futurist, as a newly Geezer now at 62 not quite at hip replacement I am sure it will grow on me.

  I had a great time at VyStar Credit Union today. The representative, Antoine Jackson, was very friendly and helpful during the entire process. I had concerns and setbacks regarding opening a new checking account, and he explained it all to me fully as well as the credit union's policies. It could've been a little slower, and gone through the process a little more thoroughly, but all in all, I'm very impressed with this credit union - it's the cleanest and neatest one I've been in - and will be back as a return customer. Antoine, they need to keep you for a long time!

  I went in this office last week to Open an Account and the representative Nadine made eye contact immediately with me and greeted me. Her expertise was very professional. She had a vast amount of knowledge answering all the questions I had. I also expressed my interest in buying two of there products and she most certainly exercised her professionalism and customer service skills with patience in assisting me. Nadine showcased her customer service skills exceptionally well.

  I’ve been to this location twice in the past couple months and both times I’ve visited Antoine assisted me. He is definitely the reason I return to this particular location. My most recent visit was today and Antoine was very helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he assist me with the issue I was having, he also helped me with an issue I didn’t realize I had. He always exudes wonderful energy and has the best customer service attitude. He exceeded my expectations today and He should definitely be recognized for all that he adds to this branch.

  Antoine was extremely helpful in setting up my business account. Already having a personal account with VyStar, it was a no brainer to open up a business account with them as well. Antoine went out of his way to make sure I had the appropriate paperwork prior to coming in. He was very patient and worked with me every step of the way. This branch was very nice on the inside and the other team members were extremely friendly as well.

  Where do I start? From the fist time we step into the branch Alma gave us a warm welcome and immediately started helping us and guiding us on the lending process. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood the process and we were informed all the way. She was communicative, attentive to detail and willing to go the extra mile. If you are on the market for a new car, home loan or any loan in general or just need a positive banking experience, contact ALMA. You’ll not be disappointed, she’s the best!

  I went in to get a new debit card after losing my old one and I found the process to be very quick and enjoyable. Maria made sure to take care of what I needed in a timely manner and was a pleasure to talk to. Overall 10/10 service.

  Nadine helped me out today. She was very helpful and got me in and out in less than 30 min. Oh and I got a letter notarized as well. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. Answered every question I had!
