I am a disabled veteran and i get treated Wonderful at new smyrna and Edgewater branch but ormond is on another level. A woman stuck her head out of the door and asked what we wanted. She wouldn't let me finish a sentence without interruption. I stuttter and trying to carry on a conversation thru the window on the passenger side??? I don't have a computer and i needed help. Staff is awful. I get the safe distance and i had a mask on the entire conversation. Thank you Edgewater fairwinds for listening and treating me with respect.
