They answered any question I had. Made my first time home buying process a breeze. Even with the obstacles we encountered They provided guidance to overcome them. After years of trying to rebuild my credit situation they helped me realize that the dream of homeownership wasn’t as far away as I had thought. Anyone who isn’t sure if they can buy a house needs to contact Eric. He will walk you through the process and make it as smooth as possible

  As a first time homebuyer, I didn't expect the process to be so horrible. Eric White (leader), Claude Lytle and Liz Porter were incompetent at their jobs. They made a lot of mistakes and when they were called on them, they blamed someone else. They never took responsibility for their actions. They did not communicate with me, the realtors, the Down Payment Assistance people, the title company or anyone else well. They lied a lot. It took 4 months to close and I had to come out of pocket to pay the seller to extend the contract repeatedly. My realtor spent 8 hours on the phone coordinating with the DPA, the title company and a closer at Fairway so that I could close 3 days before Christmas. I have not heard from them except to do a review, which Claude Lytle TOLD me to give them 5 stars. I have never experienced such level of unprofessional behavior before and I would advise everyone to be careful when dealing with them.
