PNC Bank Reviews

Chelle D1BBVA Stonebridge was my branch 2008. The staff is great, friendly and easy to work with. Since becoming PNC took over - I'm looking for another bank to do business with. The staff is still great but it has been a difficult transition to PNC. I have been on hold with customer service, as we speak, for 45 minutes. How can you claim 24/7 service but response time is so bad.

DJ Pendejos1The other PNC branch sent me here. THE WORST employees EVER! They denied my withdraw because my signature didn’t match my drivers license…. Because that was more than 10 years ago. Never again doing business at ANY PNC location.

Matt Edmonds1Came to the drive thru at 4:45 was told that they couldn't accept cash through the drive-through and then was told that I need to fill up the deposit slip. I asked her For one entry insisted that I fill it out I said of course that's why I'm asking you for it. Then the lady next to her screaming through the thing you need to make it a positive slip with every deposit. I then looked up and I was like excuse me that's what I just asked for then I was told they could not accept cash through the drive or something along those lines couldn't understand them because they were really muffled. I understand a bad day but this was extremely rude and this is not the 1st time that I've had an issue with these 2 women. It was very disrespectful very demeaning and very undermining of my intelligence. All I asked for was a slip in to make a deposit. Now I will be closing my PNC account due to this branch. I understand bad days but this was ridiculous and yet again it is going unsolved and untalked about as far as I'm concerned. Turned. Maybe that's why this branch has <3 star rating.

msshar “msprice” price1I can not wait to change banks. The transition from BBVA to PNC is horrible. You can never get someone ob the phone in a timely manner . The old BBVA employees have NOT been trained properly pn the PNC way to run business so everything takes forever when you go in the branch to do anything.

Carolyn Fix1Oh My Goodness. Their branch customer service is horrible. Person I spoke with said she was supervisor/manager whatever she could not pay a check I wrote in January for my house taxes because I accidentally wrote 2020 in Jan instead of 2021. Been cust since 2003 when they were Guaranty Bank. Soooooo Rude. Called Arlington office on Abrams St where I originally open up my acct in 2003 they just had to call 1 dept no holds and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. Whew. This was for my yearly taxes.

G Attilla1One of the worst banking experiences in a long time. Lobby closed due to Covid ok, and now the drive through, and I can't deposit my checks. Since PNC took over this bank has only gotten worse.

Steven Mazey1Went to the MCKINNEY branch Today for a new card. I was told to sit, and wait for a banker. I patiently waited for a banker to help me, when one of the tellers approached me. She said, In a very rude attitude manner that nobody could help me that I should call customer service. I said, I have been helped before at another branch with the same issue, and I would like to wait. The second teller took my info as well, and said she can order me a new card but it would take up to seven to ten business days. I asked, I said is there anyway it could be faster? She said, Yes if you want to pay a fifty dollar fee? I said, No I have been with a customer since 2014 there is nothing you can do? She said NOPE I’m sorry. I asked for the Manger’s number and she wouldn’t give it to me. I left Called customer service they waived the fee, and helped me within five minutes. I work in customer service, and have never witnessed that much attitude, and laziness to NOT do ones job. I’ll never come back to this branch again.

Todd Broughton1I went through the drive-thru to try to make a withdrawal from my own account. I’ve been banking at the bank for a decade. My drivers license expired and I was unable to renew it because of the Covid crisis. They refused to allow me to withdraw any of my own money. So, apparently I have to get my ID done whenever I can and that’s the only way I’ll be able to access my money. It’s bad enough with the virus everywhere and the DMV access being limited; now I have to deal with this. The lack of compassion during a pandemic is shocking. Needless to say, I will be switching banks when I have my new ID.

Dylan Bellucci1All bad! I’ve been with them for years and it’s just gotten worse! Happy to say I have another bank I use that I can lean on. Staff at this location must not like there jobs. Extremely unfriendly and you can tell unhappy
